國外的飲食Foreign Food

　　Chinese food is famous around the world when foreign people talk about it, they speak highly of it, we are so familiar with Chinese food, what about foreign food? American food is famous for fast-food, like KFC. Look at the foreign people, most of them are talk and fat, there is much connection to their diet. Foreign people like to eat fast food, it is not healthy and contains so much fat, so they get fat easily. What’s more, they like to put cheese in the food, they can’t live without cheese. So foreign food is not as healthy as Chinese food, and the unbalanced diet also makes them get fat. Foreign food is also delicious, but most of them contains too much fat. Foreign food is easy to make, unlike Chinese food, which is complicated and needs to pay special attention to every step.

　　中國的食物在全世界都很有名，當外國人談到它時，他們都高度評價中國的食物，我們都很熟悉中國的食物，外國的食物是怎么樣呢?美國的快餐很出名，比如肯德基�？纯赐鈬�人吧，大部分人都長得高并且胖，這和他們的飲食密切相關(guān)。外國人喜歡吃快餐，這是不健康的，快餐含有很多的脂肪，所以老外很容易長胖。而且，他們喜歡往食物里面加奶酪，他們離不開奶酪。因此外國食物不像中國的食物那樣健康，他們飲食不平衡，容易發(fā)胖。外國的食物也很美味，但是很多都是高脂肪食品，他們的食物也容易做，不像中國的食品，程序復(fù)雜，每一步都要格外講究。
