　　Nowadays more and more people choose to work freelance instead of work for somebody else. It is a shame to work freelance in the old days, people would said that the one who are self-employedis a lazy man, and this kind of job is not security, they fear of instability. However,the conception is changed, work freelance has been widely accepted by public,me included.

　　現(xiàn)在越來也多的人選擇做自由職業(yè)者而不是為某人工作了。在以前自由職業(yè)者是令人羞恥的，人們會說這種人很懶，還有這種工作沒保障，他們害怕不穩(wěn)定。然而，現(xiàn)在觀念改變了，自由職業(yè)者已經(jīng)被廣泛地接受了，包括我。

　　In the first place, one of the biggest advantages of work freelance is that you are the master of your time. Once you areself-employed, you are able to manage your time by your own wish. You do not have to get up very early in the morning, especially in a cold winter morning,and take a crowded bus in case you will not late for work, which links directly to your salary. For me, I would love to stay home in my pajamas rather than fight through traffic so I can sit in a cubicle all day.

　　第一，自由職業(yè)的最大優(yōu)勢就是你是你時間的主人。一旦你當(dāng)了自己的老板，你就可以按照自己的意愿去管理你的時間。你不必每天早上早早起床，尤其是在寒冷的冬天早晨，又去擠公車，省的自己遲到，這直接關(guān)系到你的工資。就我來說，我寧愿穿著睡衣在家里也不要艱辛地擠公車然后在辦公室的小格子里悶一天。

　　In the second place, work freelance is awonderful gift for an introvert. As you can see, if you are working outside,you can not avoid to working with others. It might be hard to deal with different people in the office. There is one more thing that you can not avoid,which is your social duties, drinking and eating. You can’t say no to this, or you will said bye to your job. As we know, too much food or wine is not good for our body, but as long as the cline feels happy, no one will care too much of their body.

　　第二，自由職業(yè)是給內(nèi)向的人一份美好的禮物。就像你所見到的，如果你在外面工作，你無法避免和其他人打交道。在辦公室和不同的人相處會很難。還有一件事你也無法避免，那就是交際應(yīng)酬，喝酒吃飯。你不能對這個說不，不然你就對你的工作說拜拜吧。像我們所知道的，過量飲食喝酒對我們的身體不好，但是只要客戶覺得高興，誰管得了那么多身體呢。

　　一個暑假下來，我學(xué)會了全部的26個英語字母和幾十個單詞。在學(xué)英語期間，老師還讓我們做各種各樣的英語游戲，比如把橡皮或鉛筆放在背后，讓我們用英語來猜。每次上完課回到家，我都把新學(xué)會的英語字母和單詞說給家長聽。有一次的回家作業(yè)是讓我們考考家長的記憶力。老師讓我們給家長出兩道題，題前面是幾個動物，后面要家長說出1、2、3、4和A、B、C、D的英語。第一題是：狗—one；貓—two；豬—three；鴨—four。我先讓爸爸媽媽看一遍，然后我就給他們猜，我說“貓”他們說了“two”，“鴨”，他們說了“four”的.英語，“狗”，他們就說“one”，我又問“狗”，他們又說了“one”，我哈哈大笑。爸爸媽媽問：“你笑什么��？”“我笑你們，因為你們變成了狗。”他們這才反應(yīng)過來，原來“1”的英語是“one”，跟狗叫的“汪汪汪”差不多。我又叫他們看第二題豬—A；貓—B；鴨—C；狗—D。我說“狗”，他們說“D”“貓”他們說“B”“鴨”，他們說“C”，“豬”，他們說A”。我又笑了起來“你們現(xiàn)在又成豬了”。爸爸媽媽這才恍然大悟，對呀，“A”讀起來很像“哎”。家里充滿了歡快的笑聲。

In the first place,as most students never stay away from parents , so they was not accustomed to live in the dormitory and they will try to move out and to get more private place.What’s more,the living conditions are generally not so good ,there are no modern equipments,and students have to obey many regulations when living in the dormitory.

　　At length,the roomates all are come from the different place,living habits are quite different. From my point of view,it would be better for college students to live in the dormitory .On the one hand,it is good for college students to communicate with each other,which is will help to develop social and professional skills.On the other hand,living in the outside is more expensive than in the dormitory.We can use the money saved from renting a house to do something meaningful.
