我第一次做飯

　　今天是星期天，爸爸媽媽還要加班，我想他們很辛苦，便決定自己做一頓飯。

　　聽外婆說：“蒸米飯時(shí)盛一碗米，要倒兩碗水�！蔽揖桶茨棠陶f的，把米淘干凈后和水一起倒在電飯鍋里蒸；然后把要炒的菜洗干凈，該做第一道菜“西紅柿炒雞蛋”了，我先把西紅柿切成小塊。然后取了兩個雞蛋，把雞蛋敲破，用手輕輕掰開。打好蛋便打開煤氣開關(guān)，等鍋燒熱后往里倒了一點(diǎn)油，只聽“咝咝咝……”的一陣響，我被嚇得用手捂住耳朵，轉(zhuǎn)過了頭，接著將雞蛋小心翼翼地倒進(jìn)鍋里，用鏟子翻來覆去地炒，再將切好的西紅柿倒進(jìn)鍋里，放了一點(diǎn)鹽和味精，又炒了幾分鐘，這道菜就做好了。

It's time to make the first dish, "scrambled eggs with tomatoes". I cut the tomatoes into small pieces first. Then take two eggs, break them, and gently break them with your hands. After laying the eggs, turn on the gas switch. When the pot is hot, pour a little oil into it. Just listen to "Sizzle..." I was so scared that I covered my ears with my hands and turned my head. Then I carefully poured the eggs into the pot, flipped them over and over with a shovel, and then poured the cut tomatoes into the pot. I put a little salt and monosodium glutamate in the pot, and fried them for a few minutes, and the dish was ready.

　　第二道菜是“肉末炒番瓜”，在切番瓜時(shí)，我切得一片厚，一片薄，真是薄厚不一，因?yàn)槲页吹锰�慢，所以番瓜粘鍋了，就連忙往里倒了點(diǎn)水，可是鍋里的水濺到了我的胳膊上，燙得我直甩手，我怕水再濺到胳膊上，胳膊伸長了炒，終于炒好了。

　　The second dish is "stir fried papaya with minced meat". When I cut the papaya, I cut one piece thick and one piece thin. It's really different in thickness. Because I stir fry too slowly, so the papaya sticks to the pot, and I pour some water in it, but the water in the pot splashes on my arm, which makes me shake my hands. I'm afraid that the water splashes on my arm again, and my arm stretches out to stir fry. Finally, I stir fry.

　　我本想再炒一個土豆絲的，可是不會切土豆絲，就做了個“蔬菜沙拉”，把洗好的胡蘿卜、白蘿卜、黃瓜切成小丁，拌上沙拉醬，色彩誘人的“蔬菜沙拉”就做好了，雖然我切的菜有大有小有長有短，可是吃起來又甜又脆。

　　最后還做了一個“什錦燴菜”，燴菜做得又鮮又可口。

　　把菜擺在桌子上，我就去盛米飯，咦，這米飯不硬不軟，柔柔的，真好吃！多么豐盛的晚餐��！

　　爸爸媽媽吃了我做的飯，贊許地說：“這飯真好吃！”聽了他們的話，我心里喜滋滋的。
