學(xué)著控制你的脾氣 Learn to Control Your Temper
When one is angry, it is so natural for them to lose control of their temper, so they will yell at others or say bad words. The moment they get angry, they will hurt others without consciousness, all they want to do is to let out their emotion and feel better. But the problem is people don’t realize what they bring to their friends and families when they are angry, those people they love have to bear their bad temper, and they get hurt from the bad words. The words we say when we are in bad emotion is usually like a knife, stabbing into people’s heart. We need to learn to control our temper when we are in bad emotions, the wrong thing is that we show our bad temper to our beloved people while keeping a kind attitude toward strangers. We need to be nice to our families and friends, and never let them get hurt by our bad temper.
當(dāng)一個人生氣的時候,很自然的,他們會難以控制自己的脾氣,因此他們會朝別人大叫或者說些不好聽的話。當(dāng)他們生氣的時候,他們會無意識傷害到別人,他們所做的一切就是釋放他們的情緒,以此來感覺好些。但是問題在于人們沒有意識到他們生氣時候給朋友和家人帶來的傷害,這些他們愛的人不得不忍受他們的壞脾氣,并從不好聽的言語中受到傷害。我們處于心情不好的時候所講的話經(jīng)常就像一把刀,刺進人們的心房。當(dāng)我們心情不好的時候,我們需要學(xué)著去控制自己的脾氣,我們錯就錯在把自己不好的一面展示給了我們愛的人,卻把自己有好的一面留給了陌生人。我們需要對家人和朋友友好些,永遠不要讓他們從我們的壞脾氣中受傷。
