　　This summer, my parents will visit Beijing and stay with me for about a month, so I am eager to find an apartment in the neighborhood of the campus for our family reunion.

　　I would like to rent an apartment with one living room, two bedrooms, one independent kitchen and bathroom with 24 hours hot water supply.

　　It will be preferable if equipped with laundry facilities, broadband and cable TV.
