　　五分鐘之前，我還好好兒地坐在教室中，聽英語老師口若懸河地講著語法，洋洋灑灑了一黑板的板書充分顯示了英語對我來說是多么“晦澀難懂”。然而幾分鐘之后，老師要檢查昨天作業(yè)的完成情況，在看到我的作業(yè)本上一片空白之后，很“客氣”地把我“請”出了教室。

　　一切并沒什么變化，然而這一切又讓我不禁開始思考自己到底干了什么。羞愧感以一種火燎的勢態(tài)蔓延了大腦、全身。為何我不好好完成作業(yè)卻惹得老師如此生氣？為何我不是坐在教室里認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)的一個？為何我總是不認(rèn)真對待英語默寫和作業(yè)？

　　在自責(zé)與羞愧中我趴在窗臺上認(rèn)真完成了那本該早就完成的`作業(yè)，同時明白了自己淪落至此的原因——我所缺失的，是對這門學(xué)科，對這個老師最起碼的尊重，也是對自己命運(yùn)的尊重。

　　尊重，是一種態(tài)度，我在反省了自己的錯誤之后，選擇端正態(tài)度，從那以后，我再也沒有因作業(yè)上的問題被英語老師批評。在她的課上我也不再一邊抱怨無聊一邊打瞌睡，不再怨她板書太多，不再開小差看電風(fēng)扇。

　　然而我不會忘了那節(jié)落日時分的英語課，它與往常的并無兩樣，但它讓我明白了什么是尊重。

　　英語早讀一般會有三個同學(xué)一起值日，可今天不知什么情況，就我一人孤零零地站在講臺上跟來早讀地同學(xué)一起讀，直讀到我喉嚨干得受不了的時候，其它兩位才出現(xiàn)。先來的是董珂彤，她可是英語健將，有她來，我總算可以稍微休息一下了，沒想到一個惡運(yùn)從無而降，她嗓子啞了，我頭被震了一下，啊，怎么辦，我又繼續(xù)領(lǐng)了許久，陳選鼎才來。他拖拉地走向位置，慢吞吞地整理著書包，好像他忘記了今天他領(lǐng)讀。他的三個字讓我驚住了：“不會讀”媽呀，今兒咋誰都有問題，就我正常點啊！悲催�。∷麄儌z倒悠哉悠哉地在檢查同學(xué)們是否有讀，而我累“趴”在講臺上。終于熬到了8：00了，王老進(jìn)教室，我才得到了解放。
