Its very hard for college graduates to find a job, of course harder to get an ideal job. In fact, many factors contribute to the unfavorable situation.
First, more and more students can go to college because of the being fast improved high education of China. As a result, there are more graduates every year. However, job vacancies dont increase that fast. More people, less food, which is the exact description of the hard condition. Second, more and more people go on to pursue their master and doctor degree; more and more Chinese oversea students come back to China to hunt better working chances. It is sure that the competition is more and more fierce. Third, because of the fast development of science, technology, economy, society and the interchange of different nations, all units have higher requirement of their employees, for example, stronger ability and higher degree.
In addition to the factors above, there are still more which bring hardship for graduates to find jobs. Nevertheless, how to solve the problem is more important. It is a good idea for the graduates to learn more knowledge with a higher degree and to practice and improve their capability of dealing with all kinds of situation, organization, having good terms with others and cooperative spirit. Besides, the government should try to and encourage all units to create more job vacancies for the college graduates. Of course, the graduates should have a proper attitude towards various jobs, but not always pursue those with higher payment.

今天，有我們最愛的音樂課，大家都十分高興，上課了，大家滿懷期待的等待著音樂老師的到來，同學們心里都在盤算著音樂課將會出現(xiàn)什么趣事，我的心里也在反復排練著早就想喊出口的臺詞：起立，老師好，“讓我們蕩起雙槳，小船兒推開波浪……”大家正準備歡呼雀躍時，我們“久違”的英語老師推門而入。
“試卷沒講完，這節(jié)課講試卷�！庇⒄Z老師一邊埋頭翻著備課本，一邊對我們說。
“��！怎么又是英語！”大家滿不情愿，失望地議論著。

他管我們總是比別人嚴格。星期日，血線門房還沒開門，他就已經(jīng)在教室門口等著我們了，干嘛？檢查作業(yè)唄！每一項都嚴格按作業(yè)記載本上的檢查，然后再嚴格的記載到作業(yè)單上，把哪題沒做，哪題做錯了都進行詳細記載，好在家長會上呈上我們的“功罪單”。
他欠課從來不還，上課從來早到，試卷從來講得慢，下課從來拖堂，有課從來第一來占，說話從來不算數(shù)，記性從來不好，性格從來急躁，情緒從來不穩(wěn)定。沒錯，我們就倒霉地遇到了這樣一位老師。
也正是這樣，我們知道了陽光總在風雨后的含義，他令我們煩惱的事的確太多，但沒有一件不是為了我們。在煩惱下，我們永不服輸，頑強拼搏，英語取得了第一名的好成績，完完全全歸功于他——英語老師。

In recent years, getting a certificate has become a new craze among college students. Just randomly ask a student on campus what he or she is busy doing; quite possibly, you may get the answer that he or she is preparing for a certificate of some kind. Why does this craze appear?
There are mainly two reasons behind this phenomenon. First, it is the employment pressure that forces college students to get more certificates. With the admission expansion of colleges, a lot more graduates have to face the fierce competition in the job market. How can one make himself more competitive? More certificates at hand, maybe. Second, diploma and certificates are still important standards by which many employers measure a person’s ability. In order to increase the qualifications for a job, the students compel themselves to run from one exam to another.
From my point of view, we should be more rational when it comes to certificates, since certificates do not necessarily prove one’s ability. Being crazy in getting certifications blindly is nothing but wasting time. To conclude, we should focus on improving our ability but not getting a certificate of no practical value.

Chart 1 shows the daily average amount of time the students of the school spend on different after-class activities. The students put the most time－93 minutes－into their homework, and next in line is watching TV,which takes up 46 minutes. They put in about the same amount of time listening to music and working on the computer, 34 minutes and 30 minutes each. While 25 minutes is spent on sports, only 12 minutes goes into housework.
As is shown on Chart 2, only 10% of the time is taken up with sports activities. I think the school should encourage the students to do more exercise after class. This way, they may be healthier and more energetic.

Generally, war is repugnant, but peace is welcome. While peace is the ultimate goal of all of our undertaking in this world, war has been inevitable in the course of human civilization. Does man have an innate taste for war? Or is it just an acquired scheme learned from human society? We only know that there hasn't been any period in the history during which the world was really at peace. Human beings pursue peace and prosperity through the establishment of families, communities, and nations. Why should we let all these be destroyed by wars?
To reduce the possibility of war to the lowest extent, I have two suggestions. First of all, education should be consolidated to eliminate the brutality and beastliness in human nature. Knowledge derives from education and is a surer road to wisdom. Wisdom enables us to distinguish right from wrong. I also teaches us restraint and tolerance, two effective means of preventing wayward killing and destruction. Another cure is religion. Most religions in the world advocate philanthropism and forgiveness, which dissolve hatred and revenge. Consequently, education and religion working side by side can transform a barbarian into a civilized person. With wisdom and love, the human race as a whole will detest war and embrace peace.
