It's very important to keep healthy.
I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.
Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Don't spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. It's good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

He suggested that I should do more reading and keep a diary everyday. In the evening, after supper, my mother told me that reading Twenty-Four century would do me much good for improving writing. I heard an exciting drum and saw a golden lion performing. There are several high steps on the stage. I guess the lion dance can't jump up to that high stage. But when I saw the Golden Lion dancing on the fourth high step, the audience gave enthusiastic applause. When the lion danced to the second high platform, the audience said, "come on, come on." Because the lion dance to jump up the highest step, the audience is very worried. The lion danced to the highest step at last. The audience applauded again.
The lion dance is so good that the lion dance's uncle is brave.
