　　我的家規(guī)有兩個(gè)：一是吃飯前洗手，二是睡覺(jué)前洗腳。

　　先說(shuō)吃飯前洗手，這個(gè)家規(guī)是我爸爸定的，要是吃飯前不洗手他就罵我，是這樣罵的，“你怎么又不洗手，快去洗手!”一次我沒(méi)洗手，爸爸馬上罵我了，大吼：“馬上去洗手!”我被罵哭了，眼淚全掉進(jìn)了飯里，飯都變成咸的了，我也不想吃了。看來(lái)吃飯前還是要記得洗手。

　　第二個(gè)家規(guī)就是睡覺(jué)前洗腳，是我媽媽定的，要是不洗腳就睡，接下來(lái)就得每天洗三次。有一次我沒(méi)洗腳，晚上把阿姨臭死了，媽媽說(shuō)：“你怎么不洗腳，想把阿姨臭死啊!”那一周我每天洗三次腳，一直洗了一星期，難受死了，每天早上一起來(lái)就要洗，學(xué)�；貋�(lái)也要洗，晚上睡覺(jué)還要洗，真累。

　　違反家規(guī)等于自討苦吃。
