　　it was quite hot this summer vacation，so one day my brother and i went swimming.

　　we changed the clothes and went up to the swimming pool.how i wanted to join them!but i couldn’t swim,so first brother taught me how to push the water,how to take a breath

　　今年暑假非常熱，一天哥哥和我一起去游泳. 我們換過衣服后跳進(jìn)游泳池。池里有許多人，我是多么想加入他們的行列啊!可我不會游泳，所以哥哥先教我如何劃水和如何在水中換氣，然后他在水中用胳膊托著我讓我浮在水面上。然后我試著自己游，我游了一段才發(fā)現(xiàn)哥哥已不在身邊了.我停下來，結(jié)果嗆了一口水.哥哥游向我，說："太棒了，你會游泳了。"那天我們一直游到游泳池關(guān)門才極不情愿地離開。

　　Everyone has his hobby. My hobbies include swimming, composition, English and pipa, but I like swimming best.

　　Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. After a hard workout, I learned breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle and diving. Also, my swimming speed is the fastest in my class. Swimming is too easy for me.

　　One day, my mother and I came to jinmao international club together with my friends. We do warm-up exercise, went under the water, the water temperature is 28 degrees, but none is so high, I feel a little cold, but we still insist on swimming for three hours, it is because I often practise at home to enhance physical fitness, so would like this. Feeling a little tired, we played for a while...

　　對于一個沒下水的.人來說，學(xué)習(xí)游泳是很困難的。主要是因為沒有自信，害怕嗆水。暑假里，我參加了游泳學(xué)習(xí)班，在老師的指導(dǎo)下，我?guī)е�游泳圈下水了，�?jīng)不再害怕嗆水了，于是拋棄了游泳圈，練習(xí)浮水，經(jīng)過刻苦的練習(xí)，我建立了信心，終于學(xué)會了浮水。有經(jīng)過一段刻苦的訓(xùn)練，我又學(xué)會了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和跳水。并且，我的游泳速度是班里最快的。游泳對我來說太簡單了。

　　一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運(yùn)動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點都沒有那么高，我感到有點冷，但我們還是堅持游了3個小時，這是因為我經(jīng)常在家練習(xí)增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，所以才會這樣。感覺有點累，我們又玩了一會……

　　通過學(xué)習(xí)游泳，我深深感覺到對于一件事只要我們有興趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定會成功。

　　It can bring myself to the United states,a glamorous land I have been longing to visit.Secondly,reading can better myself by showing me a new horizon.

　　In the past years,most of my knowledge has been obtained from books.I have learned from many people by reading about their ideas on scithee,politics,life and society.Thirdly,reading bridge the gap between my dream and my goal.In ordcr to succeed in my career in the future,I must keep reading,thinking and practising.

　　Reading has become part of my life.Every day,I spend some time reading books,newspapcrs and magazines.At night,I can hardly go to steep without a novel in my hand.
