　　英語測試對于提高教學質(zhì)量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調(diào)動學生的學習積極性，使學生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結(jié)教學經(jīng)驗，分析學生學習情況以改進教學，提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講，能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。

　　有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則：

　　一、評講的內(nèi)容和細節(jié)必須由學生實情決定。學生才是課堂的主體，教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞，學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據(jù)學生的情況和特點來進行。對于學生普遍存在的難點，應該仔細分析，詳細評講。對于個別學生存在的難題，可以個別輔導，個別評講。
