　　每天早上7：30起床，花15分鐘收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分鐘聽英語磁帶。

　　8：00就是我這個(gè)小孫悟空大鬧天宮的時(shí)候了。先是花30分鐘聽音樂做運(yùn)動(dòng)，這樣是不是有勞逸結(jié)合的'感覺呢?

　　然后做一個(gè)小時(shí)半的家務(wù)。比如：澆澆花、掃掃地、擦擦窗戶、整理整理東西。

　　等到10：00就要吃午飯了，我就幫著奶奶擇擇菜、淘淘米，順便還可以和奶奶學(xué)上幾手。

　　11：：30到12：30當(dāng)中的一個(gè)小時(shí)就當(dāng)我休息的時(shí)間，這個(gè)時(shí)間不被納為計(jì)劃。

　　12：30到2：30寫兩個(gè)小時(shí)的作業(yè)。
