you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence.

英語老師，是使我受益最多的老師。
老師姓羅，身高中等，相貌平平，一雙有神的眼睛卻為他增添了光彩，讓人看到那雙眼睛便不由自主地被他眼中的光亮所吸引。他手上總是拿著一根小棍，一尺來長，不為打人所用，唯一的用處就是在上課時(shí)敲擊幾下講桌，將我們從下課時(shí)的散漫拽回到上課的專注。
羅老師與其他老師不一樣，他很好說話，人也是溫和慈愛的。他是四川人，說著帶著方言的普通話，可讀英語時(shí)卻是聽不出方言來的，發(fā)音很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，也是令人驚奇了。
我小學(xué)時(shí)，英語成績十分拿不出手。我曾經(jīng)將英語視為我平生最痛恨的學(xué)科，甚至一度放棄英語�？菰餆o聊的abc，分不清的單詞拼法和各種語法讓我手足無措�？墒�，羅老師的出現(xiàn)為我點(diǎn)燃了希望。
羅老師講課前，總是要先講單詞的。本來記憶力不錯(cuò)的我每天跟著讀，也可將我最厭惡的字母背下來。但是因?yàn)榛A(chǔ)差，介詞、動(dòng)詞什么的一概分不清。老師在上面講課，坐在下面的.我腦袋里一團(tuán)懵，禁不住將這些疑問脫口而出。老師頓了一下，便看著我的眼睛，放慢語速，細(xì)細(xì)地講著，直到我眼中的疑惑消失，做出恍然大悟狀，他才放心一笑，對(duì)我輕輕點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭，繼續(xù)講下面的內(nèi)容。
照這般學(xué)下去，英語成績漸漸轉(zhuǎn)好，后來竟至突飛猛進(jìn)。這讓原本對(duì)英語深惡痛絕的我轉(zhuǎn)變了態(tài)度，原來英語也不是那么面目可憎嘛，由此更是對(duì)這位負(fù)責(zé)的老師心生感激。

2. 對(duì)待考試的心態(tài)沒有放平。

這一次考試，我的毛病雖然非常的多，但是我覺得只要認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的毛病并改正掉就非常好了！
