　　Nowadays, people's life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

　　Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, agreat number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

　　For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

　　I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine and smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our building.

　　Then my teacher came to me, she said she knew what I was afraid of, she also told me that's very common like many young people of my age. She told me to call her anytime I need her help.I did so ,we often chat miracle and made some phone call.I just can't remember when come the mirical.I have found myself now!!!

　　我先接了半盆清水，然后把衣服泡在水里，輕輕地把肥皂抹在衣服上。雙手反復(fù)的搓洗，五光十色的'小泡泡出現(xiàn)了。啊，太神奇啦!小泡泡把我手上的細(xì)菌和衣服上的臟東西全部吞掉了，我開(kāi)心極了!衣服很快就洗完了。我把五顏六色的衣服晾到陽(yáng)臺(tái)上。

　　I took half a basin of water first, then soaked my clothes in water, and gently put soap on my clothes. Hands repeatedly scrubbed, colorful bubbles appeared. Ah, it's amazing! The little bubble has swallowed all the germs on my hands and the filth on my clothes. I'm so happy! The clothes will be washed soon. I hang the colorful clothes on the balcony.

　　雖然有點(diǎn)累，但是，我看到干干凈凈的衣服咯咯地笑了!
