　　興趣是最好的老師。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的態(tài)度和方式?jīng)Q定了學(xué)生英語成績的高低，對教師來說最好的辦法就是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣，樹立學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心。要培養(yǎng)興趣樹立信心，首要的就是消除學(xué)生的心理障礙，認真分析每個學(xué)生的個性，采用合適的方法來教學(xué)。在剛接手一個新班級很短的時間內(nèi)，我一定會通過問卷調(diào)查、個人介紹、個別談話等方式了解學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)的看法和認識，全面了解他們在初中階段基礎(chǔ)打得怎么樣，然后根據(jù)學(xué)生的個體差異，正確處理好影響每個學(xué)生的心理因素。對英語成績好的學(xué)生多多引導(dǎo)，對英語成績不好的則要多多鼓勵，讓每個學(xué)生都對學(xué)英語充滿自信和興趣。我的做法就是經(jīng)常和學(xué)生聊天，拉家常，及時了解他們的思想動向，然后有的放矢地采取相應(yīng)的措施。對不同水平的學(xué)生，提出不同要求，發(fā)放不同習(xí)題。分散難點，降低難度，因材施教。

　　四、用多種導(dǎo)課手段，注重吸引學(xué)生注意力

　　為了能更好地激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，讓學(xué)生對每節(jié)英語課都充滿期待，我還注重精心設(shè)計每節(jié)課的導(dǎo)課方式，有以下方式經(jīng)常使用：

　　1.利用圖片、卡片和插圖

　　充分利用每篇課文的插圖和與課文有關(guān)的具體實物等，開展聽說活動，從而引出課文的主題。

　　2.學(xué)生演講

　　每節(jié)課前由一名學(xué)生進行課前演講，主要是鍛煉口頭表達能力和應(yīng)變能力。
