Since last summer, I have written to my pen pal, Seda, who lives in Turkey. I became acquainted with her when I went to England for a study tour. We stayed with the same family, and she was my roommate and classmate as well. Sometimes we went to the movies together after dinner. Seda is very easy to get along with. I will always remember the two weeks I spent with her. We didn't forget each other and kept writing to each other after we returned home. Although I haven't seen her again since I left England, I still know how she is through letters, cards and photographs. Seda tells me her secrets and also shares her happiness and sadness with me . Both of us hope that we will meet each other somewhere one day. Maybe I'll go to Turkey to visit her, or she'll come to Taiwan to visit me.

Although winter is very cold, but I but I like that season. I don't have to in the hot summer sun to bask in the dark, because it is really very ugly. Also, I can make a snowman and snowball fights in the snow, I love winter, it brings a lot of happiness. I like all kinds of snowman, my friends and I play together, we enjoy this moment.

A kind of little car may someday take the place of today's big ones. If people drive such cars in the future, there will be less pollution in the air. There will be more space for parking in cities. The streets will be less crowded. And driving will be safer as these little cars can go only 65 km per hour. The future cars will be fine for getting round a city, but they will not be useful for long trips. Little cars will go 200km, before needing to stop for more gas. If big cars are still used along with the small ones, two sets of roads will be needed in the future. Some roads will be used for the big fast cars and other roads will be needed for the slow and small ones. It's said that three such little cars fit in the space now needed for one car the usual size.

My father was really angry when he came back. Now I feel terrible. It’s going to be expensive to mend it. Should I tell him about it?
