　　Figure it out for yourself, my lad. You have got all that the great have had: two arms, two legs, two hands, two eyes, and a brain to use if you'd be wise. With this equipment they all began, so start for the top and say" I can".

　　Look them over the wise and the great. They take their food from a common plate. With similar knives and forks they use; with similar laces they tie their shoes. The world considers them brave and smart, but you know--- you have got all they had when they made their start.

　　You can triumph and come to skill; you can be great if you only will. You are well equipped for the fight you choose you have arms and legs and brains to use. And people who have risen, great deeds to do started their lives with no more than you.

　　You are the handicap you must face. You are the one who must choose your place. You must say where you want to go, and how much you will study the truth to know. God has equipped you for life, but he lets you decide what you want to be.

　　The courage must come from the soul within; you must furnish the will to win. So figure it out for yourself, my lad; you were born with all the great have had; with your equipment they all began. Get hold of yourself and say" I can".

　　第二天晚上，我找來一張廢紙，開始構(gòu)思該怎么做手抄報，媽媽看見我愁眉不展的樣子，隨口說到：“你不是有本《中國少年文學報》嗎？上面就有奧運的知識呀，你可以參考一下嘛�！蔽已矍耙涣粒�趕緊把那本書找來，翻了翻，又想了一會兒，就動手在上面畫了五環(huán)，寫上小標題，分別是——奧運的由來、動物也瘋狂（趣圖鏈接）、我對奧運的`感想、鐵人三項、賽跑。大標題是“我為奧運狂”，然后在在書上精心挑選了三幅有趣的圖片，然后粘上雙面膠，先把雙面膠的一頭粘在紙的一邊，拉到足夠的長度后再弄斷，就可以了，然后依次粘好。再放到合適的位置，貼好，第一環(huán)就完成了，接著我又把鐵人三項和賽跑的資料抄在另一張紙上，再翻譯成英文，抄上去，就可以了，奧運的由來嘛，資料暫時沒找到，就先擱著了。

　　做好手抄報后，我就睡覺了。

Most people respect the rules, while some people are refused to do it, because they think there is no law to regulate that we must take the seat for others. The disabled people are special part, we should be considerate.

　　Disabled people are special part in the society. Comparing to the ordinary people, they look a little different, they dont have the perfect outlook, which makes them distinct among the crowd. Such situation makes them very awkward, they dont want people stare at them, they just want to be the ordinary one.

　　殘疾人在社會上是特殊的群體。和普通人相比，他們看起來有點不一樣，他們沒有完美的外表，這讓他們在人群中突出。這樣的情形讓他們有點尷尬，他們不想要人們盯著他們，只是想要成為普通的`一員。

　　We should respect and take care of the disabled people. We should not treat them as the special ones, they are equal with us, though they dont have the perfect outlook, in their hearts, they are just as tough as us. So we should not separate them, just make friends with them.
