I would like to know……
Direction
Advertisements can be seen everywhere in modern society. They appear on the TV screen. They occupy a conspicuous place in newspapers and magazines. They are displayed or painted on walls and even on buses. Indeed, it is difficult nowadays to find a public place without advertisements.
It is true that in economic activities advertisements play an important role. They tell people about new products and help promote sales. Unfortunately some of the advertisements are not true. They cheat consumers one way or another. So, admitting that advertisements can help us, we should also beware of them from time to time.
First observed in 1988, World AIDS Day this year has a worldwide theme of "Universal Access and Human Rights: I Am", reminding people that HIV has not gone away, and that there are many things still to be done for everyone. According to the latest report on AIDS by UNAIDS and World Health Organization, there are now 33.4 million people living with HIV, including 2.1 million children.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health of the United States, says the US government has injected huge investment in HIV research, which has yielded progress over the years.
Dr. Fauci says while treatment is crucial, prevention should be prioritized in the first place to reduce infection.
"Finally, in prevention, there are a number of proven prevention strategies that we know work. Everything from counseling and media campaigns to distribution of condoms, needle exchange programs, circumcision, prevention of mother-to-child transmission. Again, that's the good news. The sobering news is that globally, less than 20 percent of people who would benefit from prevention modalities actually have access to them. "
Michele Moloney-Kitts, Assistant United States Global AIDS Coordinator in the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, says in the global context, the US is the largest donor by far to the global fight against AIDS.
In china, with the enforcement of the birth control policy, most parents have only one child. The parents and grandparents have shown too much love to their only child; the number of spoiled children has increased in China. Consequently(必然地), how to bring up the child becomes a serious problem to many young parents.
The only child has shown complete dependence on the parents. Many five to seven-year-olds still hang on their patents in almost every aspect of life, from buttoning cloths to going to the toilet. These children have never learnt to do elementary household chores(家庭雜務). Even worse, the only children tend to be ill mannered and self-centered. They often fight over something instead of cooperating together. Parents give them calculators, turn on the television and leave the teaching to teachers. Some parents even offer material incentives(鼓勵)to reluctant(不情愿的)children to lure(引誘)them to learn and to do something. They are a generation of kids who have never been hurt or hungry. They have learned somebody will always do things for them.
The key to solving the problem of spoiled(被寵壞的)children lies in correctly educating both children and adult. In my opinion, hard life is good for children. Parents should be used to saying no to the kid, and let a child do hard work. Working hard will give him an opportunity to taste the bitterness quickly. Besides, hard work may enable him to cherish the fruit of the others’ labor.
Human society is full of tests and trials. Flowers from a greenhouse can never withstand a storm. Children who live luxuriously(奢侈地)and comfortably can never become somebody in the future. Besides, to reduce the chance of spoiled children, parents and society must work together. Meanwhile, both primary and nursery school should step up their efforts in training children.

Love in Campus
Nowadays, campus love is popular. Some college teachers argue that students should give up love for the sake of learning. They maintain that love is time consuming and influences one’s learning. Some students, however, hold that a student who falls in love will study harder and will make greater progress. They don't believe that a person in love lags behind in his studies.
There are different kinds of love on campus. Some students regard love as killing time or adding color; some are pragmatic, thinking it's difficult to find a better partner after graduation; the purpose of others is for seeking the impetus of study. Anyhow, far away from home and alone, seeking friendship, understanding and love, the boys and girls easily find comfort and appreciation from one another.
As a mater of fact, love is a sharp double-bladed knife. Having it will make you very happy; while losing it, you always feel disappointed and depressed. When the bond of love broken, going on studying as usual or sinking lament or even being crazy depend on us. We will not let romantic entanglement interfere with our studies.
Love is a natural and quiet. During the process of love we will experience romantic love, frustrating love and critical love and real love. True love will overcome our pain and dismay, warm our heart, and spark our spirit with delight forces but not resistance.

As is shown in the picture, a master student is applying for a job, but he is rejected. The interviewer just tells him the reason why he cannot get the job because he doesn’t have a Ph.D simple as picture is , what it conveys to us that the requirements from the company is high and strict.
It is of great necessity to figure out the negative influence behind it. On the one hand, from the perspective of the company, they will lose the talents who are qualified for the job, because the certificates cannot prove the applicants’ capability, as we all know, some certificates are fake. On the other hand, from the employees, they believe they have a high degree, but they still can’t meet the needs of the companies, which exerts an undesirable influence on their career plans or their mental health.
To sum up, there are some suggestions responsible for the above-mentioned impact. Firstly, the company cannot only judge a person’s ability from the certificate, but most importantly, give them a chance and let them show their real capability. Second, the applicants should improve their own practical ability in order to get their favorite job successfully.
