Today is Saturday, haven't gone out for a long time to play, dad said to take me out to play, and still skiing, I haven't skied the snow yet? The heart is especially happy. Early in the morning, our family set up and set out. After about two hours, we got to the skiing field.
My father taught me how to ski the essentials: look up, eyes front, body relaxed, elbows bent, hands forward, hips forward, knees apart, ankle bending forward leg pressed snowshoe front weight evenly distributed on both feet.
The brake should turn the foot into the eight word shape, and a little gap should be left in the front. The body puts the center of gravity in the front. So I tried to slide down according to my father's teaching, ah, really nervous! Ski at my feet always refuses, and twist, fell countless times, I can be more stable. After dozens of repeated practice, be able to maintain a smooth running through. It's really exciting!
Dad took me to a slightly higher hillside to exercise my courage. I pick my skis, ski poles used to find a good balance to be absorbed in, eyes staring ahead, slowly slide down, ah! How exciting! The feeling of flying! The final was successfully stopped at the slope on the ground, I nervously took the poles hands are sweating!
