　　summer can be very hot in southern wan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

　　今天由于英語老師出去講課，所以臨時換了一位老師來給我們上課。

　　新老師一進(jìn)門，便受到了熱烈歡迎，這時我細(xì)細(xì)地端詳了一下，此人比起我們班的英語老師顯得頗為高大，只不過瘦了一點(diǎn)，架著一副眼鏡，看得出，這人很文縐。他在我班同學(xué)的掌聲下，顯得受寵若驚，但隨之平靜，很謙虛地壓了壓手，示意我們莫激動，但他殊不知我們班同學(xué)的熱情猶如清末農(nóng)民起義，不僅壓不倒，而且越壓越大，特別是在我周圍的同學(xué)，跟沒見過人似的。過了一會兒，老師怕我們再歡迎下去，天都得弄出個洞來，便在黑板上寫“keepquite，please�！睂懲曛�后，本以為我們被其隨機(jī)應(yīng)變的能力所折服，回頭一看跪得滿地都是崇拜者。于是他指了指上面的'字，故作高深而不語，霎時間，班內(nèi)猶如“千山鳥飛絕”，一點(diǎn)聲音也沒有。老師一看自己的所做所為取得了這么好的效果，心里不禁竊喜，但沒想到他還沒開始喜，同學(xué)們便替他喜出來了，而且是“哄”的一聲，猶如開山碎石一般，老師頓時傻了，看見同學(xué)們邊笑邊指著黑板上他的杰作，回頭一看，頓時羞得滿臉通紅，原來自己把“keepquiet”寫成了“keepquite”，意思基本上轉(zhuǎn)了個彎，回頭看看狂笑不止的同學(xué)，他也只有嘆氣的份了……

　　預(yù)備的時間有限，到了上課時間，同學(xué)們自動地安靜了下來，這時，那位老師開始講課。畢竟是年輕人，講課聲音洪亮悅耳，時不時還給我們講道理、哲理和笑話，當(dāng)感情達(dá)到高潮時，還來上一句“這不僅讓我想起了我的大學(xué)時光……”然后雙眼一閉，作自我陶醉狀�？此�那模樣，我估計以前不想上大學(xué)的同學(xué)們現(xiàn)在也想上了。他給我們上課的另一個突出特點(diǎn)，就是他竟然糾正同學(xué)們清濁輔音的發(fā)音，這是我們平常上課連想也不敢想的，沒想到今天在這里實(shí)現(xiàn)了，我自然又加深了對他的好感……

　　今天是一個異常緊張的一天，因為今天下午要英語口試考試。

　　雖然現(xiàn)在已是初一下學(xué)期，對于考試也是有經(jīng)驗的了，但還是避免不了緊張的情緒，主要是自己缺乏一種自信吧！再加上我英語本身不好，上次月考考得還不錯，讓自己感到自己如果不比上次考得好的話就是一種退步。

　　這種心里壓力無疑是極大，就像知道自己死亡期限了，只能眼睜睜地看著時間慢慢流逝，卻無能為力改變這一切。所以整個人看起來有些消沉，就這樣時間一直流到了下午第四節(jié)課，這時的我不知該復(fù)習(xí)什么好，卻又感覺什么地方都要去看去背，這種糾結(jié)的心理只會讓時間流逝得更快，于是我做了一個決定，那就是做作業(yè)，暫時不復(fù)習(xí)了，這個決定在我以前甚至當(dāng)時看來是很荒唐的，分明要考試了，居然不去復(fù)習(xí)，還在這兒做作業(yè)！但這個看似荒唐的決定也是仔細(xì)地、深思熟慮過的，第一，現(xiàn)在這種情況無疑是浪費(fèi)時間，與其干坐著還不如做作業(yè)呢；第二，曾經(jīng)也遇到過類似的情況，第四節(jié)課背書因為感覺背得不熟，害怕被“打”下來，于是排到了后面，到自己時又不敢去，結(jié)果打鈴了，課也沒背到作業(yè)也沒做。

　　于是我就這樣去做了，不知不覺心好象靜下來了，這種感覺玄之又玄，分明沒有復(fù)習(xí)，卻對考試有了信心，緊張感消失了大半。

　　吃完飯，到口度時不免還是緊張，說的過程有些音自己認(rèn)為都沒準(zhǔn)，但卻不再著急，不緊不慢地說下去，老師也是一臉微笑看著我，更讓我信心大增�？纪炅撕笮膽B(tài)與以前考試相比又不同了，要是以前的話，肯定是感到有塊大大的'石頭從心中落下來，但這次卻比之前的輕小許多，這是好事，說明我對考試已不再那么緊張，不過，平時還要更專心地、認(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí)，畢竟強(qiáng)大的自信來自于堅實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)！
